In March 2017, an Ethiopian customer contacted us for consultation regarding our bread and bun production line. We explained the equipment in great detail. The customer thought that our product would be in full compliance with his requirements. And we sent the product details and quotation to him for reference. In May, this client came to our company for a visit. After the visit and a demonstration, he expressed his satisfaction with our product. We accepted his requirement of adopting all Japanese original electrical parts. Finally, he purchased our bread and bun production line and the automatic dough sheeting and cutting machine. After receiving our products, we made a client review and they recognized our machines.
The bread and bun production line consists of a dough roller sheeter, Stuffing Filling Machine, dough shaping machine, automatic dough sheeting and cutting machine and additional food accessories. This equipment puts the rolled dough sheet on the conveyor belt of the dough roller sheeter. The dough cutting rollers apply strip or mesh patterns on the dough wrapper. And the dough wrapper is rolled into strips by the dough roller. And by adding a stuffing filling device, products with stuffing can be produced. Different products can be made using a cutting table or dough shaping and forming machine based on production needs.
① Dough roller sheeter
The dough wrapper is rolled and extended through a three roll dough sheeter and dough rolling device. This makes it glossier and more stable in quality. Each dough roller has a thickness adjusting device to set sheet thickness. This helps to add or reduce the product weight.
② Stuffing Filling Machine
With multiple stuffing feeding modes, the initial stuffing structure will not be influenced. And various stuffings can be filled.
③ Dough forming machine
It is used for bread and hamburger bun forming. Based on product demands, the cutters can be replaced, the molds and accessories can be freely matched. And this machine produces dough weighing between 20-150g.
④ Automatic dough sheeting and cutting machine
The dough slices are automatically transported to the dough sheeting machine by the bottom conveying machine. S type continuous and folding rolling increases dough gluten, fineness and brightness. Dough rolling times (1-99 times) and shut-down time (0-60sec) can be set. The thickness of the dough wrappers can be adjusted within 0.8-1.8mm. The flour sprinkling system can control the sprinkling amount to reduce labor intensity and make the operation safer.
